Join Justine in the Tech Lab after school to have fun while building skills. Students will explore with activities such as Retro Game Making with Pico 8 (coding & designing); Photo Editing / Graphic Design; and Minecraft Modding. Monday:Board Games Mania
Are you ready to rumble – Gameboard style? This is a fun class where each week the kids learn a new board game; allowing children to develop their skills in a short period of time. Monday: LES School of Rock with Mr. Davis

Tuesday & Wednesdays: Eagles Basketball Team for grades 4-6 with Coach Terry (Tuesdays/Wednesdays)
All 4th, 5th, and 6th graders are welcome to join our basketball team. Practices will be on Tuesdays with games both home and away on Wednesdays. Uniform included. January 9th – March 20th

Tuesday: Digital Art Design
A fun and interactive digital art class participants will discover the exciting world of digital art using Apple iPads. Our experienced instructors will guide your children through various techniques and tools to create engaging, vibrant and dynamic artwork. Throughout the course, kids will learn how to use the latest digital tools and software to create artwork that is both creative and unique. They will experiment with different brush types, learn about color theory, and explore the endless possibilities of layering and blending.

Tuesday: Young Ninjas (K – 3)
A fun, physical outlet where kids learn martial arts techniques in a non-contact, non-competitive, and age-appropriate environment.

Wednesday: Nerf Sports (K-3) with Coach Michael
Nerf Sports is a fun and safe way for students to build endurance; develop coordination, and work on new skills by playing all types of sports and games! Dribbling, passing, shooting and hand-eye coordination are practiced as kids enjoy basketball, soccer, dodge ball, capture the flag and more. This class is for all kids in grades kinder thru third grade, regardless of experience or skill level.

Wednesday: Sewing and Embroidery
Want to learn how to sew and embroider? Miss Shannon's Sewing Class will show children how to attach buttons and use various stitches (running, back, and chain). Patching and embellishing clothing will be incorporated through various projects. Coin bags, mini apple pillows, calico/plaid bears, felt penguins, berets and images like deer, cats, and birds will be embroidered. All materials are pre-cut and provided. Sewing kits include a canvas bag with 15 skeins of thread, pins, needles, scissors, and an embroidery hoop!

Thursday: “Escape Room"
If you like puzzles and working as a team to solve mysteries, then this is your perfect escape! Inspired by the popular escape room concept, students must master the riddles and follow the clues to beat the clock. Team-building, thinking outside the box, and listening skills will be developed. A new story/challenge is presented each day. Themes include an undercover heist operation, time travel, and even a sinking pirate ship!

Thursday: LES Flag Football Team (grades 3-6)
Students in grades 3rd – 6th will learn football fundamentals, develop strategy, and have fun with their friends. Games will be played each week after working on skills and drills in a fun and safe learning environment. This is a NON-CONTACT sports class. Uniform included.

Thursday: Arts and Crafts with MIss Emma
Get ready to get creative in this mixed media art class with Miss Emma. Dabble in watercolor, pastels, collage, printmaking, lots of crafts, and more! Each class features a new medium and theme. Create marbled paper, colorful seascapes, optical illusions, and even design your own T-shirt. We'll also learn about the artists who inspire each project. All materials provided.

Friday: Dance - Mixed Genres for Grades K-6 with Ms. Mulvihill
A high energy, age-appropriate class, kids will learn fun hip-hop, modern, and Polynesian dance techniques and combinations by our very own competitive dancer Ms. Mulvihill. This class will allow dancers to have fun trying different genres of dance as they begin to develop their coordination, musicality, body awareness and overall performance. This will be an upbeat, fun class for all kids regardless of experience. Class ends at 4:15pm.

Friday: Mixed Sports & Games for Grades K-3 with Mr. Lopez
Dribble, throw, pass, shoot…Take the ball to the hoop! Run, block, slide, kick..you’re the Eagle that we pick! Basketball, soccer, baseball and other sports will be played after school on the blacktop courts. Coach David will be there to blow the whistle. (Send an afterschool snack. Snack & free play until the session starts.) Class ends at 4:15pm.
